This course will introduce and teach GPS navigation techniques for use
in the mountains and wilderness areas in the UK and its interaction with
conventional navigation techniques.
Initially concentrating on ensuring participants become GPS competent.
This will include the use of Memory Map software and its interface with
handheld GPS units.
