scheme has been running successfully since
2004, personal career change. This programme
is specifically run by Stuart Johnston MIC
who has helped many people make positive
changes to their working lives’. These

What’s
involved?
You will work closely with a career management coach Stuart Johnston
who will over a series of meetings to objectively map out your career
goals.
Practical help provided with all aspects of new skill development and
relevant industry experience
Mentor your progress and work experience.
How does it all work?
You plan how much time, money and commitment you want to spend
You decide what you want to do and when you want to do it
You can do all of this part time whilst employed else where
