With practise all items will fit into a 50 litre alpinist style compression
strap rucksack.
You may have items you want to bring with you which are not listed
above, if in doubt please bring with you.
If you have opted for self catering accommodation please ensure you
have enough food to cater your needs for the entire 2 day course.
Please remember to
bring a dish towel, bath towel and wash kit
and personal clothing for wearing indoors,
especially soft shoes for travelling.
