Scotland host’s some of the best rock climbing to be found anywhere
in the UK, more so the quality of our
multi-pitch mountain locations are supreme however, our sea cliff,
island and road side venues are again some of the finest to visit in
Britain.
We offer five rock course themes from island
rock, mountain rock, road rock, simple rock and learn rock all
of our venues and itineraries are specially selected to ensure we get
the content right for our clients but more importantly we aim to provide
the best rock venues, course and holiday you have ever experienced.
So whether your stepping on to rock for the first time, wish to develop
your climbing skills or simply have a guided holiday experience we
have the locations and expertise that are amongst the top in the UK.

This course is based on the Isle of Skye, the islands coastline is 360° of
rock and to the South of the Island is the famous black Cuillin mountains
which host many multi-pitch classics leading to the narrow crests and
peaks on the Cuillin ridge. Truly a unique venue for rock climbing and
the only true island venue in Scotland to encompass a rich variety of
different types of rock climbing locations.
The course is client led by your instructor however, they will teach
you and coach you in a variety of rock skills whilst guiding you up routes.
You can learn any rock skills you want to learn, our courses have strict
low instructor to client ratios which makes learning enjoyable, safe
and easy.
The grade of routes climbed will be chosen to suit our clients and if
your not sure about this we always kick off with low climbing grades
and will hopefully have you seconding up to VS4C standard or above. This
course is about experiencing a rock climbing holiday, learn skills, climb
a variety of grades you feel comfortable with, climb different locations
on a daily basis and have fun.
(For those booking as a climbing pair we can tailor make the week to
suit any particular training needs and
aspirations from this all round island venue).

This course features
and climbs multi-pitch mountain routes
on a daily basis around Scotland. This
course travels to where the best weather
is likely to be but also provide a
variety / geographical spread of locations
too. From Glen Coe, to Lochaber the
Cairngorms and North West Highlands.
This course is a climb holiday which
is instructor led for all the routes
undertaken.
Mountain routes are exhilarating and challenging. This course has early
morning starts and may involve the odd night wild camping in a remote
high level mountain corrie with views to 1000ft + cliffs.
The grade of routes climbed will be chosen to suit our clients and
if your not sure about this we always kick off with low climbing grades
and will hopefully have you seconding up to VS4C standard or above.

This course can start at any venue
within the UK that’s right any
venue, we travel to and from most rock
venues within Britain, from North Wales
to North Scotland. Road rock courses
basically allow you to visit rock climbing
locations from roadside to coast side.
Our clients receive a tailored made itinerary
spanning England, Wales and Scotland
over a five day period. The course duration
can be expanded but must consist of a
minimum of 5 consecutive days.
For example you might wish to start in Cornwall or North Wales head
to the Peak district on to the Lake district and into Scotland. You
may wish to spend less or more time at a particular location and venue.
The bigger the spread of venues the more time spent travelling.
You might decide to tour classic roadside venues in North Wales, Lake
District or just Scotland. The trip options are endless but fun as
you can easily climb in more than 5 geographical areas in 5 days.
This course is instructor led they will instruct you, guide you, coach
you or teach you to lead yourself.
This course is privately guided on either a 1-1 or 1-2 ratio and the
guiding cost is fixed.
For this course only, clients must pay the travel cost which is 40
pence per mile.
Accommodation costs, again clients can either camp or choose any accommodation
they would like however, full costs for accommodation are not included
in the course costs.

This course is ideal
for those who wish to climb simple,
easy rock climbing grades from grades
moderate to very difficult.
From roadside crags to the occasional mountain route, this course takes
daily excursions to beautiful locations, from Dunkeld to Aviemore to
Glen Coe and Fort William. Our course will visit selected rock climbing
locations which contain some of the most dramatic highland backdrops
of glens, lochs, and mountains to be found in Scotland.
Simple rock just means that simple straight forward climbing experiences,
we will of course provide instruction in technical skills such as movement
skills and skills like belaying and much more associated with seconding
on a rope.
This course is instructor led. A great way to relax and enjoy the best
of Scottish rock climbing.

aspirations from this Scottish based course).

This instructor
led course is all about learning
to climb and lead climb its the ultimate
getting started package to rock climbing.
This instruction based course concentrates on the core skills from
movement skills to lead clipping on single pitch routes however, opportunities
will be taken to teach multi-pitch climbing techniques too.
Our curses are always led by highly qualified and experienced mountaineering
instructors who are inspirational people who enjoy instructing and
coaching climbing no matter how many times in a year.
This course will not only make you a safe climber but will introduce
you to Scotland’s finest roadside crags and mountain routes.

access to some of the finest roadside crags in Scotland in the immediate
area, our local village of Aberfeldy is surrounded by hills and forests
and is well serviced with excellent amenities and transport services.
Aberfeldy is truly the adventure capital of Scotland.
This course package includes 5 nights self catering cottage and bunkhouse
style accommodation - room on a shared basis, 1 to 2 nights are spent
in either Glen Coe or Fort William.
