Wild Camping Cookery – NEW

This course is designed to show you how to enjoy your healthy diet on the hill with a one pot cooking system. No more convenience packs. We encourage you to look at the nutritional benefits which will enhance your performance and enjoyment on the hill. We select a few sample recipes and demonstrate from start to finish how with one pot and a few choice ingredients you can create delicious meal that will be the envy of your fellow travellers. We will demonstrate set recipes and experiment with some of your favourite choices of food. Regardless of your hill experience from the novice to the expert if you care about your health and performance on the hill come along for a great outdoor cooking experience.

This course offers 3 options:
• A full day course. Cost: £65.00 pp from 10am to 3.30pm.
NB Participants must be 18 years of age or over

• A family course for a half day for example, parent and young mountaineer (age between 12 and 17 years old). Cost: £30.00 pp and runs from 10am to 1pm

• Tailored made group courses are available for example: Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and similar youth groups
