• Control: How to stay in control when
ascending and descending steep terrain
• Belaying: How to belay safely, quickly and efficiently
• Avalanche: Safety and knowledge
• Refresh your skills: A chance to brush
up on crampons and ice axe techniques
Knowing what to do comes with practice and in return builds your confidence on
the hill, giving you a reliable blueprint to always draw
